Key Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and audit customer service agents' interactions with customers (calls, emails, chat, etc) to measure performance against quality standards, including subjective components such as soft skills and courtesy.
• Monitor customer service performance on the agent and team level
• Help agents improve their performance with specific instructions and constant support
• Participate in calibration sessions to maintain consistency in internal evaluations
• Analyze all customer service metrics and how the support team’s performance affects those KPIs
• Suggest areas of the improvements on procedures/process/policy to relevant parties
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards and enable knowledge retention, good behaviors & skills practices and reduce negative customer experience and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Must be flexible to work all shifts as required (morning, evening, night, weekend and holiday)
• Excellent English – verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in the customer service space;
• Great people skills and ability to communicate feedback
• Good organizational skills, knowledgeable in goal-setting practices
• Problem-solving capabilities to create meaningful strategies to improve support quality
• Hands-on experience in quality assurance is a plus

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring accounts for fraudulent transactions/activities
• Review all content, profiles and user reports
• Use state of the art fraud detection software to identify, correct and prevent fraudulent activity for our network of sites
• Responsible for the cancellations and refunds for fraudulent charges
